TotalMobile have been announced as winners of “Innovation in Sales & Marketing” at CIMIreland’s Marketing Excellence Awards at the Ramada Belfast on 7th November 2013. The local software company’s “Time to Care” campaign was recognised for its unique grassroots approach. The campaign targeted frontline Healthcare staff to generate demand for mobile working solutions.

Head of Marketing Nuala Murphy said “We are delighted to receive this recognition for our marketing efforts and to receive an award for innovation is a particular honour. We recently launched into healthcare, an entirely new market for us, and we knew we’d need to take an innovative approach.  Our Time to Care campaign focused on targeting users rather than decision makers in order to filter messaging from the ground up. This worked because it gave the staff ownership of mobile working projects. This, coupled with TotalMobile’s user-friendly design, promotes complete user acceptance. Something we have learned is the cornerstone of a successful project. The discussion on social media sparked by the campaign has also been an invaluable research tool, informing how we have crafted our messaging to decision makers in further campaigns, ultimately generating significant revenue for the business”
