The housing provider expands its use of Totalmobile’s Field First platform to deliver faster repairs, better communication and stronger community outcomes.
LONDON, UK – November 25, 2025 – Magenta Living, the largest affordable housing provider on the Wirral, has extended its partnership with field service management software leader, Totalmobile, to modernise its housing services and improve its resident experience.
Managing around 13,000 homes and providing housing for nearly 10% of the borough’s population, Magenta Living is expanding its use of Totalmobile’s Field First platform as part of its long-term plan to make services faster, more efficient and easier for residents to access.
Building on several years of successful collaboration, this next phase of the partnership will help Magenta Living connect field teams in real time, streamline scheduling, and improve communication with tenants, ensuring repairs are completed quickly and that residents stay informed at every stage.
