UK & APAC – March 30, 2026

Throughout the month, we’ve been spotlighting the women across Totalmobile who shape our culture, our innovation, and our impact every day.

This year’s theme, ‘Give To Gain’, reminds us that progress isn’t built alone. It’s built when we share knowledge, create opportunity, advocate for others, and choose collaboration over competition.

Here’s what ‘Give To Gain’ means to our extraordinary team.

What does “Give to Gain” mean to you?

“Give to gain” is such a crisp yet powerful statement. To me, it cultivates a sense of mutuality—something that can be difficult to ask for in today’s fast-paced, remote-working world. When giving is normalised, cooperation between individuals flows more naturally, giving rise to a collaborative approach in our day-to-day lives.

I was recently honoured to attend and represent Totalmobile at the Women in Tech Employer Awards 2026. I left with a much deeper appreciation of what it truly means to give women visibility; often, the simplest yet most powerful act a business can take.

When we give women visibility, we gain stronger representation that challenges outdated stereotypes and encourages organisations to prioritise diversity in hiring, leadership, and promotion. When women are included and actively heard, we all benefit from the innovation and broader thinking that diverse perspectives bring – leading to products and solutions that serve more people, more fairly. And when we create space for women as founders, investors, and executives in one of the world’s most influential industries, we gain real progress in closing the gender wealth gap.

That impact carries far beyond the tech sector: it shapes business culture, influences how future generations see opportunity, and strengthens gender equality from classrooms to boardrooms. For me, “Give to Gain” is exactly this. By providing visibility, support, and opportunities, we build stronger teams, generate better ideas, and create a more inclusive environment for everyone.

Generosity lifts individuals, but it also has the power to drive transformation across wider organisations and communities.

For me it's like Pay it Forward - Why? Because when you give to others God has a way to give it back to you - blessing overflows. Kindness never goes out of style.

Who has influenced your career?

I’ve been shaped by the customers and teams I’ve worked alongside. Seeing how technology can genuinely change the way people work has influenced how I show up, focused on outcomes, relationships, and making things better together.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with Sales, a space that has traditionally been male-dominated, and I’ve been lucky to learn from some truly brilliant male leaders who shaped my understanding, confidence, resilience and approach to the commercial world.

But I’ve also had the privilege and fortune of working alongside some exceptional women, and one who stands out is Veronique Mondollot. She profoundly influenced the way I saw women in the workplace and the role we can play in high-pressure, commercially driven environments. What made Veronique so impactful was the way she led: with strength, intelligence and courage, yet never at the expense of her grace, femininity, or humility. She showed me, and many others, that you don’t have to compromise who you are to be respected, successful, or influential.

It gives others the confidence to imagine their own path forward without losing their identity.

Anna KellmanHead of Revenue Operations

I’ve been fortunate to work with, for, and alongside many incredible women, but seeing someone so respected in a senior sales leadership role opened my eyes to what’s possible. It showed me that representation isn’t just symbolic, it’s transformative.

Which woman inspires you?

My mom is my biggest inspiration. Looking back after all these years, what she has managed to achieve with the little scope and opportunities she had is truly commendable. Her strength, perseverance, and determination continue to inspire me every day.

I’m not inspired by one individual woman - it’s the group of close female friends in my life. Watching them push forward in their own worlds inspires me to do the same in mine.

What does collaboration look like in your role?

Collaboration is the driving force of Revenue Operations because RevOps exists to unite Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared goals;

But, effective collaboration relies on key skills: active listening to understand each team’s realities, clear communication to align people around insights and change, empathy and relationship-building to foster trust, strategic thinking to connect the dots across the revenue engine, facilitation to navigate conflicting perspectives, adaptability to evolve with changing needs, and strong data fluency to ground decisions in a single source of truth.

When these skills come together, RevOps becomes the central engine that turns cross-functional alignment into scalable, predictable revenue growth.

Effective collaboration is the key to a productive and streamlined workplace. In our team, we continuously share knowledge with one another whenever needed, helping to minimise waiting times and making everyone’s work smoother and more efficient.

When we support each other and exchange what we know, we create a faster, more collaborative environment that benefits the entire team.

Collaboration is essential for a team's success by making sure that we all look forward to learn everyday and accept feedback good or bad in a positive way to ensure customer's are happy.

One piece of advice for women starting their careers?

You are your biggest asset. The empathy, humility, emotional intelligence and human touch that women bring to the workplace aren’t ‘soft’ extras; they’re strategic strengths.

They help build trust, strengthen teams, and create environments where people feel seen and supported. Those qualities drive better collaboration, better decision-making, and ultimately better results. When you show up fully as yourself, you don’t just contribute – you elevate the room.

Bring all of you - your strengths, your skills, your voice - to every table you sit at.

Anna KellmanHead of Revenue Operations

START. Start with whatever you have and build, brick by brick. One day, years down the line, you will look at the wall you’ve built and be amazed at how far you’ve come.
