Health and Social Care Partnership partners with Totalmobile to modernise care visits and support for residents living independently

BELFAST, UK – 27 May 2026 –

North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has partnered with Totalmobile to introduce a new digital platform that will strengthen how care at home services are planned, managed and delivered across the region.

The Partnership currently delivers care to more than 2,000 people, supporting around 36,000 visits each week. As demand continues to grow and care needs become increasingly complex, HSCP identified the need to move to a modern, integrated platform with enhanced functionality to better support frontline teams and ensure services remain responsive, resilient and sustainable

Totalmobile’s Field First platform will be introduced over the coming months, bringing together care planning, scheduling, mobile working, lone worker protection and reporting within a single connected system. The solution will be rolled out to more than 1,200 frontline colleagues and around 80 back-office staff, representing a significant step forward from existing systems and providing enhanced capability to support a connected, more responsive service.

Kerry Logan, Head of Service, Health and Community Care Services at North Ayrshire HSCP, said:

“This programme is about supporting our staff and improving how we deliver care for people across North Ayrshire. Moving to a modern, integrated platform with enhanced functionality will help us plan visits more effectively, keep information up to date, and respond quickly when needs change. It is an important step in building a sustainable, person-centred Care at Home service for the future.”

– Kerry Logan, Head of Service, Health and Community Care Services at North Ayrshire HSCP

Ricky Moore, Managing Director of Public Sector at Totalmobile, said:

“Councils across the UK are placing greater emphasis on community-based care, recognising the role it plays in helping people stay independent while easing pressure on wider health services. What North Ayrshire is doing here is a practical step in that direction – making better use of the workforce they already have and giving teams the structure they need to deliver care more consistently.”

– Ricky Moore, Managing Director of Public Sector at Totalmobile

This investment reflects a broader commitment across the public sector to modernise care delivery, support staff wellbeing and ensure residents receive timely, high-quality support in their own homes.
