More than 650 operatives using Totalmobile’s Field First platform to manage repair services

 

BELFAST, UK – 07 July 2026 –

Bromford Flagship LiveWest, one of the UK’s largest housing associations, has completed the rollout of a new digital platform supporting repairs and field services across 80,000 homes.

Delivered in partnership with Totalmobile, the programme brings more than 650 operatives onto Totalmobile’s Field First platform, used to manage work orders, support mobile working and give service managers real-time visibility of repair activity across the organisation.

The platform connects frontline operatives and back-office teams through a single system, helping BFL plan work more effectively, coordinate repair services in real-time and respond more quickly to residents’ needs.

The platform is now used by BFL’s repair teams to receive, update and complete work while on site, giving managers a clearer picture of operational performance across services.
