Housing provider adopts Field First Platform to drive efficiencies and service improvements
LONDON, UK – February 10, 2026 – Community Housing has chosen Totalmobile and its Field First platform to modernise the delivery of property services, a move which is projected to deliver net savings of more than £750,000 over the next five years.
The new platform will support repair and maintenance activities across Community Housing’s portfolio of over 6,000 homes, with 70 operatives expected to use the system at go-live in March 2026. It will support closer collaboration between planners, operatives, and subcontractors by bringing scheduling, job progress, and performance reporting into a single, real-time view, reducing reliance on manual processes, boosting in-house productivity, and strengthening auditability across its property services.
