Field First Platform to support repairs, compliance and asset management across 30,000 homes
BELFAST, UK – March 18, 2026 – SettleParadigm housing group, which operates across Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, has selected Totalmobile’s Field First Platform to support the integration of its operations following its recent merger. The new platform will bring services for 30,000 homes and 300 operatives together under a single operating model as the organisation combines its teams and consolidates its processes.
The platform will manage repairs, compliance, and asset activity within a single environment, covering work order management, field workforce coordination, and Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM). Bringing information from multiple legacy systems together will give SettleParadigm clearer oversight of its housing operations and support a consistent way of working across the newly unified organisation.
Justin McCarthy, Executive Director, Property at SettleParadigm, said:
“As we bring our organisations together, investing in the right technology is essential. Our partnership with Totalmobile will help us bring data into one place, simplify processes and support teams with the tools they need to deliver efficient, compliant and resident-focused services. It’s about creating a stable foundation as we move forward as one organisation.”
– Justin McCarthy, Executive Director, Property at SettleParadigm
By centralising asset, compliance, and repairs information, SettleParadigm will reduce duplication and improve audit readiness. Real-time updates and mobile access will empower planners, operatives, and contractors to work from a single, reliable source. The new, unified approach will ensure consistent processes and reporting standards across the entire organisation.
David Webb, Managing Director of Housing at Totalmobile, said:
“We’re seeing more housing providers simplify their technology landscape – whether that’s following a merger or simply reducing fragmented systems. Organisations don’t want a patchwork of tools anymore; they want a single, intelligent solution that connects repairs, compliance and asset management under one roof. When everything is connected, leadership has clearer oversight, compliance is easier to evidence, and residents receive a more consistent service that they can rely on.”
– David Webb, Managing Director of Property and FM at Totalmobile
The partnership highlights a growing trend among housing providers to simplify technology stacks and bring frontline services onto unified platforms, particularly as organisations integrate operations following mergers or structural change.
