Five-year partnership to digitise field operations and enable smarter, faster service for residents across the UK
LONDON, UK – Tuesday 10 June 2025 – Signix, a fast-growing provider of property and facilities services in the social housing sector, has signed a five-year agreement with Totalmobile to modernise its field operations and strengthen service delivery as it expands across the UK.
The partnership will see Signix adopt Totalmobile’s award-winning field service management (FSM) platform, utilising its workforce management, lone worker and field service intelligence solutions. The move replaces a fragmented systems landscape and supports Signix’s commitment to increasing operational visibility and optimising service delivery at scale.
Managing more than 42,000 properties with a field workforce of 75 operatives across the UK, Signix required a technology partner with deep sector expertise that was capable of supporting both operational control and rapid growth.
