SCOTLAND – February 20 2026
Totalmobile has picked up two major public sector awards, recognising the impact of its Field First platform in transforming community care delivery.
At the HTN Now Awards, Totalmobile was named ‘Best Workforce Solution’. The company also received the ‘Technology Enabled Independent Living’ Award at the Digital Health and Care Scotland Awards 2026
Both submissions centred on Totalmobile’s work with Fife Council, where the Field First platform, including the CareLink Care at Home solution, has reshaped how care is scheduled, delivered and managed across one of Scotland’s most populous regions.
Fife’s Care at Home service delivers more than 22,000 visits every week. Before the rollout, much of the scheduling was manual. Today, the majority of that process is automated.
Managers can see workforce capacity in real time. Care teams receive live visit details, travel information and risk alerts on their mobile devices. The change has brought greater clarity and stability to day-to-day operations.
Since implementation, the service has supported the delivery of over 3 million care visits, increased weekly capacity by 1,713 hours, and delivered £2.35 million in annual savings through reduced mileage and the removal of paper-heavy processes.
The ‘Technology Enabled Independent Living’ Award focused on the broader outcomes for residents.
With clearer information and faster response times, more people are able to remain safely in their own homes. Improved visibility has also supported smoother hospital discharge, easing pressure on wider health services.
For Totalmobile, the awards are recognition of practical digital health technology that works in the real world, strengthening frontline teams while improving reliability and continuity of care.
