Latest quarterly release introduces Field First Assistant alongside enhancements to planning, compliance, customer self-service and subcontractor delivery.

Totalmobile has launched Field First: Comeragh, the latest quarterly release of its multi-award-winning Field First platform, introducing new AI capabilities and operational enhancements designed to help organisations identify risk earlier, respond to change and deliver services with greater control.

Central to the release is Field First Assistant, a conversational AI experience embedded across the platform. It enables users to find information, surface relevant insights and take action within the context of their day-to-day work, reducing the time spent searching across systems and helping teams make faster, better-informed decisions.

Comeragh also introduces AI-powered skills focused on workforce performance and no-access prevention, helping organisations identify compliance issues and potential failed visits before they affect service delivery. These capabilities are supported by AI Hub, a central governance layer that allows customers to manage access, permissions, skills and usage as they adopt AI across their operations.

"Comeragh marks an important milestone in the evolution of Field First and our AI strategy. The introduction of the Field First Assistant is our first major step towards AI-first experiences that are embedded directly into everyday workflows. Rather than delivering standalone AI features, we're creating a single, intelligent assistant that helps users access information, complete tasks, and make better decisions naturally within the flow of work.

"What excites us most is that this is only the beginning. The Assistant creates a foundation for a growing library of intelligent skills that will continue to transform how organisations interact with Field First and unlock value from their operational data."

Chrissi JacksonChief Product Officer at Totalmobile

Beyond AI, Comeragh strengthens key areas of field service delivery, including scheduling and route management, mobile data capture, subcontractor coordination, customer appointment self-service and time-window compliance. Together, these enhancements help customers reduce avoidable disruption, improve data quality and maintain clearer control across complex operations.

Comeragh is part of Totalmobile’s established quarterly release programme for Field First, giving customers regular access to new capabilities and platform improvements. The programme is designed to support continuous innovation while enabling organisations to build on their existing deployment and respond to changing operational requirements.

Field First supports organisations across public services, housing, care, commercial and infrastructure sectors. Through Comeragh, Totalmobile is extending the platform’s ability to help customers improve

Field First: Comeragh is available now to customers across the Field First platform.
