Totalmobile supports Bromford Flagship LiveWest to enhance repairs services at scale

Totalmobile has completed a key phase in the rollout of its Field First platform with Bromford Flagship LiveWest (BFL), a place-based affordable housing provider for almost 300,000 customers across the south west, central and east of England.

The programme brings over 650 operatives onto a single system, connecting frontline and back-office teams and providing real-time visibility of repair activity across the organisation.

Delivered in partnership with BFL, the rollout forms part of the organisation’s wider approach to modernising its repairs service at scale, enabling more effective planning, improved coordination of work and a more responsive service for customers. The implementation represents a significant step in a phased programme that will extend across BFL’s wider geography over time.

David Webb, Managing Director for Housing at Totalmobile, said:

“Bromford Flagship LiveWest has taken a practical and delivery-focused approach to implementing a single platform across its repairs service. By bringing teams together through a shared system, they are better able to plan work, collaborate effectively and maintain consistent service delivery across a large organisation.”

– David Webb, Managing Director for Housing at Totalmobile

Emma Wall, Director of Service Delivery, Bromford Flagship LiveWest, said:

“This is about giving our teams the visibility and tools they need to deliver a better repairs service at scale. By bringing our field and office teams onto a single platform, we can plan more effectively, respond faster and continue improving the experience for customers. For customers, that means less time spent chasing updates and a repairs service that’s better at keeping its promises. Just as importantly, it strengthens our ability to shape future development, ensuring the platform continues to evolve in line with the needs of our teams and customers.”

– Emma Wall, Director of Service Delivery, Bromford Flagship LiveWest

The implementation has been shaped by BFL’s operational teams, ensuring the platform reflects the realities of delivering repairs across a large and diverse organisation. By aligning field and office-based activity, the system supports more coordinated working and a clearer understanding of performance across services.

The platform is now used by BFL’s operational teams to receive, update and complete work while on site, supporting more efficient delivery and improved oversight of operational performance.

For Totalmobile, the deployment represents one of the largest platform rollouts delivered for a UK housing provider.
