Asset Management – 9.34

Welcome to the very first release of our Asset Management capability on the Field First platform. Built on the same unified data fabric that powers Job Management and Dynamic Scheduling, Asset Management now gives estate and facilities teams a single source of truth for every physical asset they own or maintain—from boilers and lifts to entire neighbourhoods—while retaining the secure, role-based access you expect from Totalmobile.

Why it matters: regulations tighten, budgets shrink and ESG targets loom ever larger. Whether you need to pinpoint assets at risk, forecast lifecycle costs or prove compliance in an audit, the new module puts the answers a click away—backed by Field First’s innovation principles.

Here’s What You Can Expect:

Totalmobile Design System

A refreshed interface to match our Field First roll out, the Platform menu now has four primary tabs—Overview, Quality, Compliance, Lifecycle—enabling users jump to the view that matters most. Items still in development are clearly marked with a padlock, so there’s no confusion over what’s live today.

Asset Hierarchy and Asset Register

Browse every asset in a flat list or drill down through a true hierarchy. Powerful filters help you isolate high-risk or in-scope items before launching work or replacement programmes.

Enriched Asset Details

A new Details pane tracks lifecycle status and key finance data (Fixed Asset ID, ledger codes, depreciation method, useful life and more), laying the ground for future valuation and NPV analysis.

Document Vault

Access certificates, manuals and photos straight from an asset’s Documents tab. Version control and audit history come as standard.

Compliance & History Tabs

See at a glance whether an asset is in or out of compliance—and when that changed. The full change log sits under History for complete traceability.

Spatial Hierarchy

UNICLASS and RdSAP fields map each asset to its exact place in a building system, while the Energy tab stores RdSAP forms and existing EPCs to support sustainability targets.

Warranty and Bulk Import

Record warranty scope and term for any asset, and use the Import tab to onboard large asset sets in minutes rather than days.

Authentication, multi-tenancy & role management

Built-in SSO plus SCIM-enabled user and role configuration ensure each organisation—and each user—sees only what they should.

FIXES & KNOWN ISSUES

Any resolved bugs and outstanding items are listed in the technical release notes within Field First Hub → Help & Support.

All core features are live now. Document Vault linking, SCIM provisioning or advanced role setups may need a brief configuration by Totalmobile—contact your Account Manager if you’d like assistance.
