Bluestack is a platform-maturity release that strengthens the foundations of Field First, while also marking the point at which intelligence begins to enter live customer deployments.

Since launch, Field First has been built around a clear ambition: to bring field service operations together on a single, connected platform. Bluestack builds on that foundation and reflects a natural next step in the platform’s evolution.

Applied Intelligence, Delivered Where It Counts

One of the most significant milestones in Bluestack is the move of our AI Snapshot capabilities from pilot into production.

For the first time, Applied Intelligence is available to customers within live environments. AI Snapshot is embedded directly into operational workflows within Job Management (Connect) and Referral Management (Carelink), rather than introduced as a separate tool or experience.

“AI Snapshot is designed to do something deliberately simple:

For back-office teams in Property and Care, AI Snapshot provides a clear, concise summary of the most relevant job or service-user information. This helps planning teams quickly understand context, risk, and next steps without navigating multiple records or screens.

For mobile workers in the field, that same intelligence is available at the point of service delivery.
