Job Management – 9.33

From rapid document capture to transparent last-mile updates, our Job Management capability (formerly Connect) receives a raft of quality-of-life enhancements in the June 2025 9.33 release. Planners, operatives, subcontractors and service users alike will benefit from more timely information and quicker workflows, reducing manual hand-offs and streamlining batch data uploads.

Beyond Job Management, supporting platform capabilities gain refinements that ripple across your service delivery chain. Below is a round-up of the headline enhancements.

Here’s What You Can Expect:

Document Vault & Multi-Upload

A secure repository now lives inside Job Management. This makes it effortless to capture and link photos, certificates and documents to various objects including Work Orders, Visits and Surveys. Part of the Document Vault, drag-and-drop multi-upload has been added to Order Management, Planning Board, Customer Dashboard, and Subcontractor Portal. This accepts dozens of files in one go and preserves an audit-ready version history for complete peace of mind.

Last-Mile ETA

For your service users and customers, replace “operative on-route” guesswork with a branded, real-time web page that provides visibility during the operative on-route status. Customers receive a unique link via SMS showing the operative’s location, profile and a continuously refreshed ETA, reducing no-access visits for your operatives while empowering your customers to freely plan their day by offering precise estimated arrival times.

Subcontract from the GANTT

A new Subcontract button now sits in the Job Planner GANTT view. Planners can create one or many subcontract Orders directly against the plan. Additionally, a new option in the Subcontract Update Categories workflow allows document uploads at this stage. This streamlines the workflow by enforcing the document upload as part of the update.

Smarter Planned Works

Work-category tiles automatically change colour as work allocation thresholds are reached. Order and Job dates can be updated from the Job Planner GANTT with a simple CSV upload.

Platform-Level Enhancements:

  • Mobile Working Integration API — Mobile Working API can now retrieve work information for a job site or customer. Engineers can more efficiently access and manage property-related work data at the point of service delivery.
  • Customer Order Summary endpoint — The Customer Order Summary API has now been implemented. This provides an all-new interface for accessing order information while accelerating reporting for BI tools and dashboards.
  • Asset Management data feeds — New Property Data APIs have been implemented for the integrated Asset Management capability. These APIs provide up-to-date information on HHSRS, Asbestos, and Decency for given Customer records. Notification alerts for when new data is available enhance data synchronisation between platform capabilities.
