New partnership will support more joined-up services and improved information across Property operations
BELFAST, UK – 02 June 2026 –
Platform Housing Group (PHG), which supports more than 120,000 customers across over 50,000 homes, has partnered with Totalmobile to strengthen how it delivers repairs, property safety and asset management services.
The partnership will support Platform’s ongoing work to provide safe, well-managed homes and consistent, high-quality services for customers.
As part of the programme, Platform will implement Totalmobile’s Field First platform to improve how property services are planned, managed and delivered. The platform brings together Job Management, Mobile Working, Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Field Service Intelligence (FSI) into a single system, helping teams access clearer, more connected property and service information.
The implementation will be delivered in phases, aligned to operational priorities and data readiness. Over time, this will improve visibility of property activity and support more informed decision-making across Property services across Platform.
Lee Vernalls, project sponsor at Platform Housing Group, said:
This partnership is about putting the right foundations in place for our property services. By bringing information together into a single platform, we’re helping colleagues work more consistently and make better-informed decisions. This will support us to deliver safe, reliable services for customers, both now and in the future.
– Lee Vernalls, project sponsor at Platform Housing Group
Platform Housing Group’s decision to bring these services together onto one platform reflects a clear focus on improving visibility across repairs, safety and asset performance. We’re excited to be working with them as the project develops and to support the delivery of a more connected approach for the future.
– David Webb, Managing Director for Housing at Totalmobile
The partnership forms part of Platform Housing Group’s wider work to strengthen operational assurance, reduce reliance on manual processes and support a more joined-up approach across Property services.
For Totalmobile, the collaboration reflects its continued work with large housing organisations managing complex property portfolios, supporting the adoption of its Field First platform across the UK housing sector.
