Mobile Working

Peter Griffin and the Liaison, Diversion and Reconnect team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust support people who come into contact with the criminal justice system, helping identify vulnerabilities and connect individuals with appropriate services. As demand increased significantly, the team needed a more scalable and consistent way to screen service users, reduce administrative burden and strengthen reporting.
